Habitat for Humanity of Greater Charlottesville is committed to expanding affordable homeownership throughout the central Virginia region. This regional housing approach allows anyone who has lived or worked in Charlottesville, Albemarle, Greene, or Louisa County for the previous year or longer to apply to the Homeownership program.
At this time, our application cycle is closed.
We hope to have another application for the Core Homeownership Program in 2023. If you are interested in applying to our Homeownership Program, please complete the Homeownership Interest Form to receive notifications when the next cycle opens.
